Started as a family business in the mid 1940's Stevens Real estate is the oldest continually operating real estate office in the area. Sandra Stevens is a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1971 and is an Associate Broker for Stevens Real Estate. Honored as Realtor of the Year for the State of Pennsylvania (1995) she has served in many professional positions. These include Director of the National Association of Realtors, Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Founding Member of the National Association of Realtors Appraisal Section, President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (1992) and many more.

Mark Germino A licensed real estate salesperson since 1985. Mark is a life-long resident of northern Pennsylvania and is also a Nationwide Insurance Agent.

Lisa Pasquale Has been licensed in Real Estate since 1999 and just became the Broker for Stevens Real Estate June 2010. She bought into the company in 2003 and is the General Partner for the company. She has been bringing many changes to the company trying to keep Stevens Real Estate up to date with todays world and technologies. She is a mother of two and has been married for 16 years. Lisa works hard and is in the office almost everyday to be there for any questions she can help with. |

William J. Cloak spent three years in the USMC in WW II from 1943 - 1946. A graduate of Temple University 1949, BS - Education and from Trenton in 1952 with a Master's Degree in Special Education. He taught special education from 1953, retiring in 1981. he received his real estate license in 1965. He was the owner of Stevens Real Estate from 1995 to 1998 and has been a resident of Tioga County. He has been selling realestate since 1971.

William Rawson - National Association of Realtors E-Pro Technology Certified - Bill was Stevens Real Estate's Top Producer for 2007, 2008 and 2009. Bill joined Stevens Real Estate in June 2006. The Potter County native, returned after a 34 year professional career working for a computer manufacturer. Twenty-two of those years were in management or senior project management consulting positions. His credentials include a degree in Computer Science and a George Washington University Masters Certificate in Project Management. Bill is self-motivated, dedicated and very detail oriented.
